There is no support telephone and no public email inbox. Write to the maintainer, Alberto Cole, on GitHub: https://github.com/hybrisCole. Bug reports and questions about the website or the Costa Rica exchange rate API belong at https://github.com/hybrisCole/crcusdvisualizer/issues.

Messages in Spanish or English are both fine. A reply is best-effort. The rate API does not depend on anyone answering a message. Please do not send passwords, national ID numbers, or bank details. This project never asks for them.

What this site cannot do

TipoCambioCR cannot quote a rate the Banco Central has not published, reverse a transfer, or speak for a bank's ventanilla. For a dispute about an official indicator, use the central bank's own site: https://sdd.bccr.fi.cr/es/IndicadoresEconomicos/Inicio/.
